By purchasing a product, you agree to these warranty terms. We recommend reviewing them to make sure the warranty remains valid.

Coverage is typically based on the manufacturing or shipment date, whichever occurs first.
How to submit a claim
All claims must be submitted and approved before replacement parts are issued. Failure to follow this process may result in delays or rejection of the claim.
01Â Â Gather the correct information
Including: product model, serial number, delivery or installation date, description of the issue, and supporting photos or documentation.
03Â Â Claim review
Our Technical Services team will review your claim and confirm eligibility. We aim to respond to you within 72 hours of submittal.
