Combined our companies into one major business unit, Polar Global Group SL, with Polar Air, Ceairtek, and Sonkor as our main brands.
North America
Opened a branch in Boston with a dedicated Sales team and a network of 35 distributors to support North America and Canada.
We moved our HQ from Hong Kong to Murcia, Spain, to better support the needs of our global clients.
Launched in North American market, along with New Zealand, promoting the only EC motor fan coil unit.
Polar Global HVAC was created to replace Sonkor, and the Polar Air brand was born due to continued growth.
Certification with first test result data from Eurovent.
Felipe Portilla joins Sonkor Global HVAC as EU and South America Sales Director, with offices opened in Spain and China.

Sonkor introduces an OEM business for major HVAC clients, such as Clivet, Swegon, Carrier, Climaventa, and Galletti.
Polar Air Asia Ltd was founded and opened the first European distribution office in the Netherlands.
Sonkor builds the first EU-style cassettes.
Sonkor builds the first hydronic highwall for Panasonic.
Polar Air was founded as Sonkor Air Conditioning Co, formed in Taiwan for OEM production for Matsushita (Panasonic).
